General Registration Information

There are currently 2 class levels offered; additional levels will be added soon:

  • EA1- Escape Alive Level 1- Basic class- No experience necessary

  • EA2- Escape Alive Level 2- Intermediate class- EA2 classes are held in 2.5-3 hour or 8 week sessions. EA 2 classes start with a review of basics from EA 1, teach new strikes and concepts, and introduce participants to new self defense scenarios.

Mother/Daughter classes listed below include focus points geared to teens such as mother/daughter communication, online safety, peer interaction, etc. Mother/Daughter classes are open to individuals, not only mothers and their daughters


Registration for each event varies. Please click the registration link for the specific event to register. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at time of entry.

Participants should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. First portion of the class is presentation and discussion, participants are seated.

Participants should wear clothing appropriate for physical activity and bring fluids to stay hydrated. Food is NOT provided.

Classes can run late depending on a number of factors. Participants are never required to stay past the end time posted, but are encouraged to stay if possible.
